Lila Lennox arrives at an elite prep school on a scholarship, carrying the pressure of coming from poverty while aiming for Yale. As Ivy Week approaches, campus queen Brynn Sterling decides Lila must be removed from the race. She recruits Preston, a bad-boy student, to draw Lila into a romance and derail her prospects. But Lila is not as unsuspecting as Brynn believes. She has recognized the scheme, turning the attempted seduction into a contest of strategy, ambition, and control. With Preston caught between his assignment and the feelings developing around it, the rivalry brings secrets, sabotage, and a dangerous shift in loyalties. The struggle for admission becomes entangled with first love, revenge, and the possibility that enemies may see one another differently.
