Ashes of Two Marriages

Series information

A story told in vertical episodes.

Best friends Ella and Leah marry the Harper brothers on the same day: Ella marries Charles, a fire captain, while Leah marries Noah, a celebrated surgeon. Three years later, seven-months pregnant Ella is locked inside a burning house by Charles’s first love, Megan. She calls her husband for help, but Charles dismisses her cries as a false alarm because he is busy rescuing Megan’s cat. Leah breaks down the door and saves Ella, then begs Noah to treat her friend. He refuses too, insisting that Megan’s injured cat needs him first. After Ella loses her baby, the two women make a decision that will shatter both marriages. But the Harper brothers still believe their wives are simply being jealous and dramatic.
