The act ends at Thousand Sail Harbor with Leon’s statue unveiled as the year’s target, the contestants tearing it apart, and Cedric’s own strike apparently doing nothing.
Part 2: The second act of the Vindication: Blood of the Archmage full movie: the trial by combat
Episodes 9 to 19, twenty minutes. The strike was not nothing: Cedric is rebuilding the statue, and the King answers the insult with a death match against every mage in the arena. He seals the chief mages of House Frost and House Gale, holds off the corps, then the elven squad House Mandra brought, and is a minute from dying when his master walks onto the battlefield and tells the elves to kneel.
The act is the reveal in slow motion. The Elf Queen’s relic flies to the old woman’s hand; the Elf Elder senses elven blood in her; the holy knights and the elves close a ring of steel; and in episode 18 she shows six wings and the sacred mark and tells the Capital the truth about Leon. Cedric spares House Mandra in episode 19, and the act closes with the crowd realizing that the Archmage’s family was innocent all along.
Part 3: The third act of the Vindication: Blood of the Archmage full movie: the vindication and the second fall
Episodes 20 to 31, twenty-two minutes, the longest act. It opens with everything Cedric came for: a royal feast, a hundred thousand gold, the Black Rock territory, the title of Archmage and the princess’s hand, which he declines because his heart belongs to his master. She refuses him and leaves; the same night Paxton gives his body to his dead father’s spirit, and the King is reminded of who really ordered Leon’s death.
Then the Capital does it again. Cedric seals a necrotic circle under the merchants’ vaults and is called a thief; the King, now possessed, names him the true necromancer at his own inauguration; and a cursed boy testifies that Cedric killed his father and raped his mother. The act ends in episode 31 with Cedric stripped of every honor and sentenced to death, twelve episodes after the city welcomed him home.
Part 4: The fourth act of the Vindication: Blood of the Archmage full movie: the necromancer and the exit
Episodes 32 to 40, sixteen minutes. Torture, a confession refused, the crowd tearing down the seals that protected it and losing its life force, Frank and Tomas dying to free Cedric. Elena defies the Elven court, rides in on Aelaron, the ancient dragon god, and names the enemy: Lucas, the Royal Advisor, back from the dead. The mob asks Cedric to die for it and he agrees; Elena gives up immortality and her crown to marry him instead.
The last episode is the exit: an eye for an eye, the riot put down, the traitor cut down, and Cedric telling the Capital his family owes it nothing.
