Part 1: The story of I Rule the Wasteland Harem with spoilers

The setup is not a spoiler: after World War III, Wade Ryder scavenges scrap, trades it for cans and gets robbed by Jasper and Graham, his high school bullies, until he pulls a skull ring off a skeleton in an abandoned car. The spoilers start when the ring speaks.

First spoiler: the ring is a death sentence with rewards. It is alien technology that names Wade its host and hands out rescue missions with a countdown; if the clock reaches zero, the host dies. Every rescue in the series is Wade betting his life, and the system pays in food, water, medicine, weapons and an affection rate for each woman saved.

Second spoiler: he wins the auction by going broke, and the bullies burn. Jasper and Graham bid cans of food for the Grant sisters just to humiliate him; Wade answers with cans, a bag of candy and finally everything in his backpack, and walks away with two wives and nothing else. Five minutes later the ring demands Sally Quinn, and Wade uses his last bottle of water to set the two bullies on fire, saving her with twenty seconds on the clock and earning the AK rifle with unlimited ammo.

Third spoiler: Boone lies. When the Wasteland gang kidnaps Margaret, Wade walks alone into their junkyard fortress and hands over his entire inventory for her. Boone, his old neighbor, pretends to forget the deal, then denies he ever made it and has his armed men surround Wade, with Jasper and Graham on his side and Margaret hung over the fire.

Last spoiler: the ending. The ring upgrades Wade’s weapon, and with it he defeats Boone and the bullies, even after Margaret is taken a second time. He gains a fourth wife, Tyra, a queen with armed guards, and the series closes with guards calling the former scavenger Your Majesty: Wade is the King of the Wasteland.

Part 2: Main characters in I Rule the Wasteland Harem, with spoilers

What each one turns out to be. No cast: the characters are AI-generated.

Wade Ryder

The host who never fails a mission. He spends everything at the auction, sets the bullies on fire, walks into Boone’s fortress with nothing but what the ring gave him, and finishes as king. The ring never leaves his finger.

Margaret Grant

The wife with the highest affection rate and the worst luck: locked in the house with a pocketknife, kidnapped by the gang, hung over the fire during Boone’s betrayal, and kidnapped again before the end. Wade gets her back both times.

Boone

The old neighbor who takes Wade’s inventory and gives nothing back. His denial in the fortress is the series’ biggest betrayal, and the upgraded weapon is his end.

Jasper, Graham and Tyra

The bullies survive the fire only to join Boone and lose with him. Tyra, the fourth wife, is the last reveal: a queen with armed guards who joins the harem when Wade is already king.
